Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the processing and use of personal and other data of the citycar.by website (hereinafter – citycar.by). By transmitting personal and other data to the citycar.by through the Site, the User confirms his consent to the use of the specified data on the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the proper protection of information about Users, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure. Relations, related to the collection, storage, dissemination and protection of information provided by the User are regulated by this Policy, other official documents and the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus. Using the Site, the User expresses his full agreement with the terms of this Policy. In case of disagreement of the User with the terms of this Policy, the use of the Site should be immediately terminated.

1. TERMS
1.1. Site – a site located on the Internet at https://citycar.by. All exclusive rights to the Site and its individual elements (including software, design) belong to citycar.by in full.
1.2. User – a person using the Site.
1.3. Legislation is the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
1.4. Personal data – the personal data of the User that the User provides about himself or herself or in the process of using the functionality of the Site.
1.5. Data – other data about the User (not included in the concept of Personal Data).
1.6. Service (s) – services provided by citycar.by.

2. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. Citycar.by collects and stores only those Personal Data that is necessary for the provision of citycar.by Services and interaction with the User.
2.2. Personal data may be used for the following purposes:
2.2.1 the provision of Services to the User, including for the purpose of receiving targeted advertising by the User;
2.2.2 User identification;
2.2.3 interaction with the User;
2.2.4 sending to the User advertising materials, information and requests;
2.2.5 conducting statistical and other studies;
2.3. Citycar.by also processes the following data:
2.3.1 surname, name and patronymic;
2.3.2 email address;
2.3.3 mobile phone number;
2.3.4 city;
2.3.5 data that is automatically transmitted to the Services in the course of their use using the software installed on the User’s device, including the IP address, information from cookies, information about the user’s browser (or other
the program with which access to the Services is carried out), access time, address of the requested page.
2.4. The User is prohibited from indicating the personal data of third parties on the Site.

3. PROCEDURE FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL AND OTHER DATA
3.1. Citycar.by undertakes to use Personal Data in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
3.2. With regard to Personal Data and other User Data, their confidentiality is maintained, except when these data are publicly available.
3.3. Citycar.by reserves the right to keep an archive copy of Personal Data and Data.
3.4. Citycar.by has the right to transfer Personal Data and User Data without the consent of the User to the following persons:
3.4.1 to state bodies, including bodies of inquiry and investigation, and local authorities at their motivated request;
3.4.2 citycar.by partners;

3.4.3 in other cases directly provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
3.5. Citycar.by has the right to transfer Personal Data and Data to third parties not specified in clause 3.4. of this Privacy Policy, in the following cases:
3.5.1 the User has expressed his consent to such actions;
3.5.2 transfer is necessary as part of the use of the Site by the User or the provision of Services to the User;
3.5.3 the transfer takes place as part of the sale or other transfer of the business (in whole or in part), while all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy are transferred to the acquirer.
3.6. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without any time limit, by any legal means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.

4. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. Citycar.by provides adequate protection of Personal and other data in accordance with the Legislation and takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect Personal data.
4.2. The applied protection measures also allow you to protect Personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties with them.

5. OTHER PROVISIONS
5.1. The law of the Republic of Belarus is subject to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and citycar.by arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy.
5.2. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law at the place of registration of citycar.by. Before going to court, the User must comply with the mandatory pre-trial procedure and submit a written claim to citycar.by. The response period for a claim is 30 (thirty) business days.

5.3. If, for one reason or another, one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy are declared invalid or not legally binding, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Privacy Policy.
5.4. Citycar.by has the right at any time to change the Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) unilaterally without prior approval from the User. All changes take effect the day after posting on the Site.
5.5. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current edition is always on the page at https://citycar.by/politika-konfidenczialnosti.

6. FEEDBACK. QUESTIONS AND SUGGESTIONS
6.1. All suggestions or questions regarding this Policy should be reported to the Customer Support and Customer Service by e-mail citycar@atlantm.com.
6.2. The user undertakes to independently monitor changes to the Privacy Policy by reviewing the current edition.
